Privacy Policy

GeniTrack is a property‑inspection and repair‑tracking service operated by Genovate Solutions (JNE Business Group, Inc.) (“GeniTrack,” “we,” “us”). GeniTrack lets property‑management companies and their repair crews log unit inspections and track deficiencies, in part through WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information for portal users — name, email address, and role — used to sign in and to attribute activity.
• WhatsApp messages and media sent by authorized crews to our business number — text, photos, and voice notes describing unit conditions and repairs — along with the sender’s WhatsApp phone number, which we use to route the message to the correct property.
• Property and unit data provided by the property‑management client (e.g., a rent‑roll list of buildings and unit numbers). We do not import resident names or lease details.
• Operational records we generate — logged deficiencies, status, timestamps, and activity used to track inspection progress.

How we use information

• To record and track inspection deficiencies and their repair status.
• To route a crew’s WhatsApp messages to the property they are dispatched to and reply with the guided intake prompts.
• To produce reports and progress metrics for the property‑management client.
• To operate, secure, and support the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp / Meta

Crew messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. Meta processes those messages to deliver them and is subject to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy. We access WhatsApp messages only for the authorized business purposes described above.

AI processing

To make crew reports clearer, submitted text, photos, and voice notes may be processed by third‑party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to describe a deficiency, transcribe a voice note, or translate between English and Spanish. This processing is used only to deliver the service; the content is not used to train those providers’ models.

How we share information

• With the property‑management client that authorized the crew and engaged GeniTrack — this is the primary recipient of the inspection data.
• With service providers that operate the platform on our behalf: Microsoft Azure (hosting and database), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), and AI providers (as above). They may process data only to provide their service to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Data retention

We retain inspection records and messages for as long as needed to provide the service to the relevant property‑management client and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a shorter period is requested. On request from the client, we will delete or return the data associated with their account.

Security

Access to the GeniTrack portal requires authentication, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information consistent with its sensitivity.

Your choices & rights

Crews may stop using the WhatsApp service at any time. Portal users and clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting us. Where required by applicable law, we honor the rights afforded to you.

Children

GeniTrack is a business tool intended for authorized workers and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
